We Show Up
A fixed service day and a dedicated crew. If something changes, you hear it from us first — not by looking out the window.
Our Story
About Fressly Cut
A locally owned lawn, landscape and home improvement company based in Jupiter, Florida — built on showing up and doing the work properly.
Who We Are
“We Don’t Cut Corners — We Cut Above The Rest.”
That line is painted on the side of our truck, and it is the whole business in one sentence. Fressly Cut Green Lawn Inc was founded by Audelio Lopez on a simple observation: most homeowners in Palm Beach County are not looking for the cheapest crew. They are looking for one that actually turns up, does the job properly, and leaves the property looking finished.
We started with lawn maintenance and grew by referral. Customers who trusted us with the weekly cut started asking about irrigation, then hedges and trees, then fencing, then the drywall and flooring inside. Rather than hand them off, we built the crews to handle it — which is why one company now covers the lawn, the landscape and the projects around the house.
Today we serve 15 communities across Palm Beach County and Martin County, from compact Jupiter courtyard lots to Wellington equestrian acreage. The standard does not change with the size of the property.

How We Work
What We Stand Behind
Four commitments that decide whether a customer stays with us for one season or ten.
We Do It Right
Correct cut heights, sharp blades, proper base prep, posts set in concrete. The shortcuts other crews take are exactly the ones that fail.
One Point Of Contact
Lawn, turf, irrigation, trees, fencing and remodeling — all handled in-house, so nobody gets to blame the other trade.
We Finish The Job
Edged, trimmed, blown down and hauled off. A property should look finished when we leave, not just cut.
